RULES OF THE HOUSE for EVENTS

First and foremost, this is a group, not a club, for guys who want to have fun and enjoy themselves with other like-minded individuals. As the group becomes larger and more diverse, the clearer it has becomes certain rules must be adopted. It should be understood, that anyone who joins this group is looking for a way to meet quality individuals, individuals who do not partake in so called “Game Playing Tactics”, which means… making and forwarding, any misleading or false comments, gestures or statements, to entice others to believe in an un-true concept, idea  or position. It should be understood; members of this group, have better things to do than chase down flakes and waste time, hence the reason for having this group. This group has two objectives, one to allow serious individuals the opportunity to gather safely, without being deceived and secondly, give the members a way to try out our products prior to any purchase. If anyone for any reason believes they cannot meet the simple criteria set forth for this group then, PLEASE have the guts to un-subscribe themselves from the members roll by sending an E mail to the managers at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it   or using member’s tools.

This group has become diverse in scope; members are of different age groups and back grounds. Because of this, every member should and can find something or someone of interest for each of them. It is the responsibility of each member to state what they are interested in and looking for in advance. (Members Profile Text) To establish a safe environment for everyone in this group, the following rules "WILL APPLY".

Rules Consenting activity: No person, for any reason, will indulge in or should be expect to be made to participate in, in any activity they otherwise would not freely engage. Anyone who is found to be in violation of this rule and or of any person’s right to exercise free choice will be immediately expelled. Anyone expressing a desire to experiment in an activity and thereafter changing their minds must be allowed to disengage in that activity immediately. Any individual subject to any action for making false claims regarding issues under this rule will be subject to immediate expulsion.

Age group: No person shall be un-willfully made to engage in any activity with any person outside their perspective age group, who does not wish to have that contact, with that person or persons who are outside the specified age group, either older or younger, nor shall anyone stalk another person based on age regardless of intent other than normal communicative relations. Each individual has the responsibility to inform or make aware of their preference in advance, either verbally, or published within the group member’s profile. Any person not respecting an individual’s wishes regarding age affiliation is subject to immediate expulsion. Any individual subject to any action for making false claims regarding issues under this rule will be subject to immediate expulsion.

Hosting and Rules of Conduct: There shall be house rules made available by each host regarding acceptable behavior while members are within host's premises. No member shall deviate from these rules nor shall any member indulge in any illegal activity, while on any host’s premises, or cause any action, which would jeopardize any host in any way for any reason and which would cause the host material or emotional damage. Any member found in violation of house rules stated by the host of said gathering, will be asked to leave the premises immediately and may be subject to further action or expulsion.

Infectious Disease: No member shall, knowingly engage, in any activity that would put any other member at risk of being infected with ANY STD including HIV, at any time, for any reason.  No member shall knowingly engage in any activity with any other member having any infestation of lice or any other transferable parasite. Any member violating this provision will be immediately expelled and may face both civil and criminal prosecution. Anyone who is infected in any way with the foregoing examples or any future disclosed STD's must have their status clearly displayed within their profiles for all others to see.

                                                            Exception:

It is the policy of the management of this group not to discriminate against anyone from membership in this group. There are a great many activities available and planned which would not include any activity which would place any other member at risk, for which all members would be invited to participate. Further, it is the policy of the group management that, anyone may engage in any activity willingly and freely with anyone infected with such condition only at their own discretion after being made aware of any and all risks by each consenting adult.

Closed Door Policy: The doors will be locked at 10:00 pm unless otherwise stated by the host, anyone who needs to arrive later than 10:00 must let the host know in advance by E-mail or phone. Those who have special needs and cannot arrive prior to 10:00 will be allowed in with prior approval. (See invitation for other restrictions, i.e. parking, etc.)

Additional rules: will be made available as needed. It is the responsibility of each member to know and understand these and any further rules, which could be added from time to time. These rules will be a part of the group web site and therefore available for review. It is the responsibility of each member to inform, or make available these rules to their guest and companions. This can be done by having those individuals visit the group web site or any other means by coping, printing then distribute these rules to satisfy this requirement. It is highly recommended that each individual take every precaution to insure the health of every member within the group. The use of any medium to insure the safety of each person is strongly recommended. These and other medium will be made available, however it is best for each person's own peace of mind to bring and have in their possession their own supply.

Why RSVP are so important: Each person should rsvp to that event they wish to attend so as to allow the host and organizers to know how many to expect to insure enough food and beverage is available. It is also important to know for planning purposes if there is the correct ratio of individuals attending so each member at a function can reasonably be certain to have a good time.
Also the host has every right to know who is entering their homes for safety concerns if nothing else. Any member who doesn't feel this way should probably not attend any events.

Persons who RSVP and do not show up for events, and further does not make any reasonable attempt to notify the organizers they are not able to attend, more than once, will not be allowed to RSVP for any future events until they have satisfied the hosts and organizers they will not abuse the rights to attend events in the future.
An RSVP is a reservation, and when someone rsvp's to an event with limited space they may keep someone else from being able to attend a function.
No one will be allowed to attend a function that has not RSVP'd by one of several published methods. A guest of a member must be identified to the organizers and host prior to attending a gathering. Passing on information to other none members regarding times, dates and places of events is not allowed and anyone not a member of the group or guest whose name is not on the guest list will be turned away at the door.
